About Me

Hi there!

I’m Izabella, and I’m thrilled to have you here!

I was born and raised in Ukraine, where my passion for cooking was sparked in early childhood. I have fond memories of waking up to the delicious aromas of breakfast my mother would prepare and the joy of cooking together as a family. My culinary creativity truly blossomed during my student years, as I learned to craft unique dishes from limited ingredients.

Living in the Middle East further expanded my culinary horizons, and I’m still deeply inspired by the rich flavours of Middle Eastern cuisine, which you’ll find featured often in my recipes. For the past five years, I’ve made the UK my home, where I now dedicate myself full-time to my food blog.
Here, you’ll discover a collection of simple, easy-to-follow recipes that are perfect for anyone who loves quick and delicious meals. As a self-proclaimed “lazy cook,” I focus on efficiency without sacrificing flavour. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place!
