  2. Soak 2 rice paper sheets in water and place them on a working surface, overlapping. Place a sheet of nori on top.
  3. Add half of the salmon mixture at the beginning of the nori in a line and roll it. Cut the roll into small pieces using a sharp knife or scissors. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the mini rolls inside. Spray the top of the rolls with cooking spray and air fry for 12 minutes at 200°C.
